Following successful field trials of beta version, Simplicity launches pioneering Web App providing online data access to clients and agency workers.
Simplicity, the pioneer of outsourced back office services for the recruitment industry – which includes the award-winning CashSimply product – has launched a Web App called ‘Anytime’ to support round-the-clock on line access to timesheets for agencies, workers and clients.
Currently the only UK back office and funding company to provide online access to its products, Simplicity has developed the Web App to provide quick data input and access from Androids including I-phones and Blackberrys.
“For the first time,” according to David Thornhill, Simplicity’s Managing Director, “the recruitment supply chain has immediate access to essential records including time sheets, where workers can submit hours, clients can electronically approve, amend and sign-off, enabling payments in a seamless and paperless process.”
Thornhill explained that the ‘Anytime’ Web App was a logical extension of the company’s strategy to provide efficient solutions for its customers, which includes start up to SME recruitment firms, allowing them to focus on their business.
The Web App was created by Simplicity’s in-house team at Module IT, which is co-located at the group headquarters in Mitcheldean, and as a profit centre boasts its own technology client base.
“As the only back office and funding business in the recruitment sector enabling online access to both risk and management information, it made sense to go the extra step and produce a Web App for handy access.”

This breaks down into funding for payroll, HMRC liabilities, VAT, holiday pay accrual (Working Time Directive) and weekly margin paid every Friday,” added Thornhill.
Simplicity products include CashSimply, TempSimply, PermSimply, PayrollSimply, BackofficeSimply, GainSimply and VATSimply, which provide a range of services from 100 per cent funding through to back office management and administration.
