Easter Processing Deadlines

EASTER BANK HOLIDAY PROCESSING DEADLINES

To ensure timely and efficient processing, we have established the following deadlines for the Easter Bank Holidays.

TEMP Cost Centres

Week Commencing 14th April 2025 (Good Friday)

  • Thursday 10th April, 9 am – All New Workers & Clients must be entered and added to a booking.
  • Monday 14th April, 3 pm – PACs and authorised timesheets must be submitted.
  • Thursday 17th April – Worker and Agency payments will be paid into bank accounts.
  • Tuesday 15th April, 10 am – Dispute resolutions.

Week Commencing 21st April 2025 (Easter Monday)

  • Wednesday 16th April, 9 am – All New Workers & Clients must be entered and added to a booking.
  • Tuesday 22nd April, 3 pm – PACs and authorised timesheets must be submitted.
  • Friday 25th April – Worker and Agency payments will be paid into bank accounts.

Due to the reduced time window, processing will commence without delay, and any amendments to the submitted PACS entries will not be processed.

PERM Cost Centres

Week Commencing 14th April 2025 (Good Friday)

  • Thursday 10th April, 9 am – All New Clients must be entered and added to a booking, with candidates allocated by 5 pm.
  • Tuesday 15th April, 11 am – All candidates must be confirmed.
  • Thursday 17th April – Payments will be paid into bank accounts.

 Week Commencing 21st April 2025 (Easter Monday)

  • Wednesday 16th April, 9am – All New Clients must be entered and added to a booking, with candidates allocated by 5pm.
  • Wednesday 23rd April, 11am – All candidates must be confirmed.
  • Friday 25th April – Payments will be paid into bank accounts.

Due to the reduced time window, processing will commence without delay. Candidates not confirmed for the current week will be captured in the following week’s processing.

We appreciate that these additional bank holidays put you and your teams under additional time pressures. However, please have plans in place to ensure the deadlines are achieved and do not disrupt your business, clients, and workers.
