EASTER BANK HOLIDAY PROCESSING DEADLINES
To ensure timely and efficient processing, we have established the following deadlines for the Easter Bank Holidays.
TEMP Cost Centres
Week Commencing 30th March 2026
- Thursday 26th March 9am – All New Workers & Clients must be entered and added to a booking.
- Monday 30th March 3pm – PACs and authorised timesheets must be submitted.
- Thursday 2nd April – Worker and Agency payments will be paid into bank accounts.
- Tuesday 31st March 10am – Dispute resolutions
Week Commencing 6th April 2026
- Wednesday 1st April 9am – All New Workers & Clients must be entered and added to a booking.
- Tuesday 7th April 3pm – PACs and authorised timesheets must be submitted.
- Friday 10th April – Worker and Agency payments will be paid into bank accounts.
Due to the reduced time window, processing will commence without delay, and any amendments to PACS entries submitted will not be processed.
PERM Cost Centres
Week Commencing 30th March 2026
- Thursday 26th March 9am – All New Clients must be entered and added to a booking, with candidates being allocated by 5pm
- Tuesday 31st March 11am – All candidates must be confirmed
- Thursday 2nd April – Payments will be paid into bank accounts
Week Commencing 6th April 2026
- Wednesday 1st April 9am – All New Clients must be entered and added to a booking, with candidates being allocated by 5pm
- Wednesday 8th April 11am – All candidates must be confirmed
- Friday 10th April Payments will be paid into bank accounts
Due to the reduced time window, processing will commence without delay. Candidates not confirmed for the current week will be captured in the following week’s processing.
We appreciate that these additional bank holidays put you and your teams under additional time pressures. However, please have plans in place to ensure the deadlines are achieved and do not cause disruption to your business, clients and your workers.
Please also note our Easter opening hours:
- Friday 3rd April – Closed (Good Friday)
- Monday 6th April – Closed (Easter Monday)
