To give you plenty of notice to plan for the Christmas period, we can confirm the following deadlines for this year’s Christmas period.
TEMP Cost Centres
Week Commencing 18th December 2023 (week 38) Processing as normal:
- Friday 15th December 9am All New Workers & Clients must be entered and added to a booking.
- Tuesday 19th December 3pm – PACs and authorised timesheets must be submitted.
- Friday 22nd December – Worker and Agency payments will be paid into bank accounts.
***Please note……. New clients and candidates for W/C 25th December 2023 processing must be added to a booking by 9am Thursday 21st December 2023***
Week commencing 25th December 2023 (week 39) – New Year Week:
- Thursday 21st December 9am – All New Workers & Clients must be entered and added to a booking.
- Wednesday 27th December 11am – PACs and authorised timesheets must be submitted
- Friday 29th December – Worker and Agency payments will be paid into bank accounts.
***Please note……. New clients and candidates for W/C 1st January 2024 processing must be added to a booking by 9am Thursday 28th December 2023***
Week commencing 1st January 2024 (week 40) – Processing as normal:
- Thursday 28th December 9am – All New Workers and clients must be entered and added to a booking.
- Tuesday 2nd January 3pm – PACs and authorised timesheets must be submitted.
- Friday 5th January – Worker and Agency payments will be paid into bank accounts.
PERM Cost Centres
Week Commencing 18th December 2023 (week 38) – Processing as normal.
- Friday 15th December 9am – All New Clients must be entered and added to a booking
- Friday 15th December 5pm – All new candidates must be allocated to the booking.
- Wednesday 20th December 11am – Candidates confirmed.
- Friday 22nd December – Payments will be paid into bank accounts
***Please note……. New clients for W/C 25th December 2023 processing must be added to a booking by 9am Thursday 21st December 2023 with candidates being allocated by 5pm***
Week commencing 25th December 2023 (week 39) – New Year Week
- Thursday 21st December 9am – All New Clients must be entered and added to a booking.
- Thursday 21st December 5pm – All new candidates must be allocated to the booking.
- Wednesday 27th December 11am- Candidates to be confirmed.
- Friday 29th December – Payments will be paid into bank accounts.
***Please note……. New clients for W/C 1st January 2024 processing must be added to a booking by 9am Thursday 28th December 2023 with candidates being allocated by 5pm***
Week commencing 1st January 2024 (week 40) – Processing as normal:
- Thursday 28th December 9am – All New Clients must be entered and added to a booking.
- Thursday 28th December 5pm – All New Candidates must be allocated to the booking.
- Wednesday 3rd January 11am – Candidates confirmed.
- Friday 5th January – Payments will be paid into bank accounts.
Because of the shortened timeframes, processing for both TEMP and PERM will begin promptly each week. Please make sure that all bookings are in order, candidates are added for Perm placements and that PACS are submitted within the deadlines.
