- Change of details (candidates & umbrella companies) – Tuesday – 15:00
- P45 Requests – Wednesday – 12:00
- Requests to Cancel Candidate Payments – Thursday – 10:30
- New Client Setup – Friday – 09:00
- New Candidate Setup – Friday – 09:00
- New Umbrella Company Setup – Friday – 09:00
- Receipt of Tax Documents – Friday – 17:00
Disputes – Resolution Deadlines
- Dispute Adjustment – Monday – 12:00
- Timesheet Dispute Resolution – Wednesday – 10:00
Permanent Placement – Processing Deadlines
- New Client Setup (for processing the following week) – Friday – 09:00
- Allocation of Candidates (for processing the following week) – Friday 17:00
