    Having worked together at a large recruitment agency in Reading for several years; Oliver, Ross, Kate and Andy decided that they wanted to take their experience and passion of working within recruitment to the next level and Orka Financial was founded in 2014.

    Orka Financial specialise in permanent and interim placements in finance and accounting covering the Thames Valley, Hampshire and Surrey locations.

    Over the years they have grown a diverse portfolio of clients – from SME’s across private and public sectors to multinational corporations.
    With offices in Reading and Windsor, the team work hard on providing a quality bespoke service to clients and candidates alike.

    The Challenge

    Orka Financial originally worked with a finance company they believed could offer them a complete recruitment solution to help get the business started and support future growth plans. However, over time, worries about their provider’s inflexibility and poor back-office support began to impact on the time they could spend with clients and candidates.
