    Senior Collections Coordinator

    We have an exciting role within the business for a Senior Collections Coordinator to enhance our team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Previous credit control/collections experience is essential
    • Work towards set KPI’s set by Management to achieve results required concerning cash collections
    • Proactively collect debt, predominantly by making outgoing calls, as this is the primary function of the role and takes priority over all other tasks within the function
    • Manage client accounts and respond to additional communication received by clients and customers
    • Manage payments that are received daily
    • Manage the payment confirmation inbox and apply remittances received appropriately
    • Action the overdue credit control process, chase procedure letters as required
    • Monitor and manage disputed invoices to resolve promptly and reduce the negative impact on customer accounts
    • Complete the day to day Operations and functions required for the team to perform their duties
    • Assist with report production as per requirements

    Key Skills:

    • Complete understanding of all Credit Control processes
    • Ability to communicate well with own team and throughout the organisation
    • Take ownership of resolving issues
    • Work well under pressure and tight deadlines
    • Accuracy and attention to detail
    • Drive and tenacity to deliver excellent standards and customer service

    Salary: From £21,000 per annum DOE, plus benefits

    Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
