    We have an exciting new role within the business, for a Sales Support Team member to enhance our growing team.

    Simplicity is a dynamic financial and back-office services provider to the recruitment industry.  We provide recruiters with a range of innovative solutions to help them run successful and profitable businesses.

    We are looking for an organised and efficient sales support team member to take on administrative duties and assist the sales department with gaining and retaining customers. You will be responsible for sourcing and distributing leads to the sales team, onboarding new customers and cross-selling new solutions to existing customers. You will also be responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team as well as recording sales data.

    To be a successful sales support team member, you will have good time management and organisational skills. You should also demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.

    Knowledge of either the; recruitment, finance or technology sectors would be preferred, but not essential.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support the sales team to deliver business targets
    • Respond to all incoming new business enquiries in a professional and timely manner
    • To support the smooth onboarding of all new Customers
    • To support the cross-selling of new solutions to Existing Customers
    • Sourcing high quality, high-growth leads for the Sales Team
    • Qualification and distribution of high-quality leads within the Sales Team
    • Relationship building, internally and externally
    • General Sales administration support
    • Take on additional duties that may be requested by the Company that are consistent with the role

    • Relationship building – can build long term business relationships; manage complex relationships
    • Consultative sales skills – can sell complex solutions and create value in the solution, not sell on price
    • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and negotiation skills
    • Strong work ethic, works well under pressure and tight deadlines
    • Planning, organising and prioritisation
    • Accuracy and attention to detail; good administrative skills
    • Sales experience on the phone

    Salary: £20,500 per annum, plus benefits

    Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
