We have an exciting key role within the business for a Customer Accounts Administrator to support our Account Management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Update all in-house systems with the timeline of events and clear, meaningful comments
- Assist with managing the Account Management email inbox for the department and additional support to the team as required
- Respond promptly and fully to internal and external queries, communicate with all parties as necessary with changes, updates and progress
- Assist with report production as and when required
- Complete advance payment requests when required to do so by instruction
- General administration support as required by the Account Management team
- Support the function by taking incoming calls
- Escalate any anomalies or concerns raised in the operation of these processes to the Customer Accounts Manager
- Maintain and record accurate data relating to weekly processing and disseminate accordingly
- Contribute at team meetings and be willing to support the team at all times
- Take on additional duties that may be requested by the Company that are consistent with the role

Salary: £21,000 per annum, plus benefits
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
