To ensure you have ample time to prepare for the festive season, we are pleased to share the confirmed deadlines for this year’s Christmas period.
TEMP Cost Centres
Week Commencing 23rd December 2024 (week 38) – Christmas Week:
- Thursday 19th December 9am All New Workers & Clients must be entered and added to a booking.
- Monday 23rd December 11am – PACs and authorised timesheets must be submitted.
- Friday 27th December – Worker and Agency payments will be paid into bank accounts.
***Please note……. New clients and candidates for W/C 30th December 2024 processing must be added to a booking by 9am Tuesday 24th December 2024***
Week commencing 30th December 2024 (week 39) – New Year Week:
- Tuesday 24th December 9am – All New Workers & Clients must be entered and added to a booking.
- Monday 30th December 11am – PACs and authorised timesheets must be submitted.
- Friday 3rd January 2025 – Worker and Agency payments will be paid into bank accounts.
PERM Cost Centres
Week Commencing 23rd December 2024 (week 38) – Christmas Week:
- Thursday 19th December 9am All new Clients must be entered and added to a booking.
- Thursday 19th December 5pm – All new candidates must be allocated to the booking.
- Monday 23rd December 11am – Candidates confirmed.
- Friday 27th December – Payments will be paid into bank accounts.

Because of the shortened timeframes, processing for both TEMP and PERM will begin promptly each week. Please make sure that all bookings are in order, candidates are added for Perm placements and that PACS are submitted within the deadlines.
