As part of a quarter of a million pound boost to IT infrastructure, Simplicity has installed a new credit control IT software system into its Mitcheldean headquarters, to support the rapid development of the business and its aim of becoming a £100m turnover business.
Simplicity has upgraded its existing system to SAGE 200, which builds a platform for the business to move onto its next stage of accelerated growth, offering both recruitment customers and staff even more reporting and greater transparency.
The recruitment funding and payroll provider has installed Office 365 onto every machine and will soon transfer its emails onto the Cloud network, in a move to provide customers with additional security and reliability of its communications.
David Thornhill, Simplicity’s MD, said: “This investment of nearly £250K will move us into a new era and take us further ahead of our competitors. Our next focus will be VOIP (voice over Internet Protocol) and enhancing our front end offerings. Watch this space!”
